Welcome to PLAYWORA. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website (https://playwora.tanvirshaharia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
1. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian, to participate in reward-eligible features.
- To receive cashout rewards (Flexiload or bKash), you must possess a valid, active mobile phone number registered under Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guidelines.
- Each human user is strictly limited to one account per physical Android device. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual will be permanently suspended.
2. Game Rules & Energy Systems
PLAYWORA operates casual skill-based mini-games (Tap Challenge and Memory Match). The gameplay rules are governed as follows:
- Initial Plays: New users receive 2 Free Plays (Lives) immediately upon setup.
- Energy Limit: The energy capacity is strictly capped at a maximum of 3 Lives. Playing a round consumes 1 Life.
- Natural Regeneration: Spent lives regenerate automatically at +1 Life every 1 Hour (60 minutes) up to the maximum capacity of 3.
- Voluntary AdMob Option: When lives reach 0, players may choose to watch an optional Google AdMob rewarded ad for an instant +1 Life refill (capped at 3). Ad views grant strictly virtual in-game perks and hold zero monetary value.
3. 3-Day Champions Cup Tournament Rules
- Cycle Duration: Tournaments run continuously in 72-hour seasonal windows.
- Leaderboard Ranking: Rankings are strictly determined by verified skill scores submitted in Tap Challenge and Memory Match.
- Prize Disbursement: Top verified players receive wallet credits (Rank 1: ৳50, Rank 2: ৳30, Rank 3: ৳20, Rank 4–20: ৳5–৳10 BDT).
- Tie Breaking: In the event of identical high scores, the player who achieved the score at the earlier UTC timestamp will hold the superior rank.
- Withdrawal Threshold: Tournament prizes accumulate in your in-app wallet. You may request disbursement once you achieve a minimum of ৳50 BDT. Disbursements are audited and completed within 24–48 hours.
⚠️ Strict Anti-Cheat & Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy:
To preserve fair play for all users, our platform deploys automated detection systems. The following activities will lead to an immediate, irreversible permanent ban and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards:
- Running the app on emulators (Bluestacks, LDPlayer, Nox), virtual sandboxes, or rooted devices.
- Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or IP spoofing services.
- Employing auto-clickers, macro recorders, or automated tap bots (tap speeds exceeding 12 taps/second will trigger instant behavioral lockouts).
- Creating multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate tournament scores.
4. Non-Gambling Certification & Statutory Legal Exemption
PLAYWORA is engineered strictly as a casual arcade gaming and skill-based tournament service. We certify full compliance with national statutory frameworks and global application store policies:

Bangladesh Public Gambling Act Exemption (Section 11): Under Section 11 of The Public Gambling Act, 1867 (Act No. III of 1867), games of mere skill are explicitly excluded from gambling prohibitions. PLAYWORA charges zero entry fees, zero deposits, and requires zero monetary staking. Success depends 100% upon cognitive recall speed and physical dexterity.

Google Play Real-Money Gaming (RMG) Compliance: PLAYWORA does not facilitate unlicensed gambling or real-money wagering, operating in strict accordance with the Google Play Real-Money Gaming & Gamified Loyalty Policies. Tournament cash prizes are paid from platform corporate sponsorship allocations.

Google AdMob Advertising Firewall: In compliance with the Google AdMob Rewarded Inventory Policy, viewing rewarded ads awards solely non-monetary virtual perks (+1 Life, +1 Hint) with zero cash value. Video ad impressions never grant direct cash rewards.

BTRC Biometric Telecom Compliance: Under Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) Directives, prize redemptions are authenticated via biometric NID-linked mobile numbers (SMS OTP) to prevent automated botnets, emulator spoofing, and fraud.
5. Modifications and Service Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tournament structure, or prize tier of PLAYWORA at our discretion without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tanvir Shaharia or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application, including third-party network outages or telecom carrier delays.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
